Easy SharePoint Recruiting Management
is a recruiting application in a box
based on WSS 3.0 or MOSS 2007 (click
to enlarge image).
Easy SharePoint Recruiting Management is a user friendly
solution to be used daily by your HR people to manage positions,
candidates and applications.
One benefit of this application is to get an aggregated view
of all applications, activities and documents related to a
position.
The biggest advantage is the ability to move the received
applications with attachments from Outlook into the solution in
one click. No need of additional typing.
Using the component Easy Outlook
synchronization, you'll be
able to synchronize any SharePoint
list or view in your defined local
Outlook folder (click to enlarge
image).
You can either mass import
SharePoint list items into Microsoft
Outlook or mass export Outlook items
in SharePoint lists or synchronize
both ways.
This way you'll be able to work offline and
even synchronize your SharePoint list items
with your mobile device or cell phone.
This component is either delivered as an
add-on to our existing business applications
(e.g.
BPA CRM SharePoint) or as a standalone solution
for your own SharePoint sites.
The
standalone solution will also include an
Easy Outlook connector to
be able to add your Outlook emails into
SharePoint in one click.
Easy SharePoint Multi
List Query Editor is a new
component enabling your end users to
quickly build
complex queries based on many
SharePoint lists.
For instance, you can select
contacts where company is located in
Switzerland with at least one open
sales opportunity (click to enlarge
image).
You'll be able to add as many conditions as
needed on all available fields and lists
using operators like: >, <, =, is empty.
Your queries can be saved, refreshed or re-edited
later.
