Since it was launched in
2007 BPA CRM never stopped
growing and strengthening.
On the functional side a lot
of new features have been
added recently. |

BPA CRM is now a highly integrated
solution providing connectors with Microsoft
Outlook, Outlook Web Access, internet sites
or external databases.
A lot of new
partners are helping us localizing and
distributing BPA CRM in many countries
worldwide. Because BPA CRM is an “open
solution” our technology partners can add
their own web parts and features on the top
of our solutions. BPA encourage partners to
develop modules for BPA CRM.
The BPA CRM
community is growing with the same
philosophy like BPA “having an easy to use &

launched CRM Online.

The new BPA Outlook Web
Access (OWA) Connector is an
add-on to instantly copy an
OWA email in BPA CRM.
This
add-on is a simplified BPA
Outlook Connector running on
Microsoft Exchange.

The biggest benefit is having one single
installation on your Exchange server. You
don’t need to install any software on the
client side.
This OWA connector is a great tool
especially for HMC partners or SaaS partners
providing hosted SharePoint and Exchange.
This add-on will promote both technologies
