The latest BPA CRM
release has just been
launched.

Many exciting new features have been
added to BPA CRM like for instance:
- Time consuming processes
like queries or mass
emailing are now processed
in background thru a
batcher. End users can
therefore continue their
work normally and will get
an automatic browser alert
when the process is
completed.
- BPA Permissions allows
now to dynamically assign
permissions to the right
persons or groups for
selected list items. The
performance has been
improved as well.
- The brand new BPA Data
Editor enhances the
SharePoint standard edit
layer drastically with
intelligent lookup fields,
cascading lookups and field
visibility management.

soon. This component
empowers all BPA
applications adding mail
merging capabilities to
SharePoint.

Using BPA Mail Merge end users can
generate one or many Word documents merging
SharePoint data.
This component is best used with BPA
applications like BPA CRM. A typical
possible scenario is to select campaign
members with BPA CRM and generate an
invitation letter for each member.
You can also quickly publish printable
reports with all linked opportunities or
activities linked to specific contacts and
accounts.
A sales person could generate one Word
document listing all contacts to be visited
in a specific region with the linked
activities.
Using BPA Mail Merge you can also print
labels.
