The new BPA CRM version 2.0 has been
launched at Orlando's TechEd in June
2008.
An exciting new feature is the
ability for end users to build
complex reports or mass select
campaign members very easily. New
skins are available to improve the
end user's experience.
The built-in dashboard contains new
