2009 release has
been launched with a lot of
new features like:
- improved ergonomics
- new graphical charts
- improved Outlook
connector
- new data editor

BPA CRM 2009 has a new improved ergonomics.
The data viewer layout has been improved to
display data in horizontal tabs. No need to
scroll down anymore!
New charting capabilities have been added.
Executives will love displaying CRM
performance with real time charts like sales
funnel charts.
Using BPA Outlook connector you can now add
an email, task, contact or event in your
specified CRM list. It's now possible to
update any CRM list item using BPA Outlook
connector.
Finally a new add-on has been launched. BPA
data editor improves the standard SharePoint
edition layout.

BPA QUALITY 2009 has been improved by
Quality Professionals. The application is
especially tailored to all companies having
a Quality System and willing a simple
solution to track their Quality Improvement
Processes.
One main new feature is the scorecard add-on
displaying enterprise-wide KPIs with drill
down capabilities. Now you can track all
preventive and corrective actions linked to
Objectives and their related KPIs.
Another new feature is the internal training
management module where you can track
training members and their evaluation.

BPA Mail Merge is a
new Web Part to generate Word
documents merging SharePoint list
items.
Tags in a Word template will be
replaced by SharePoint list values.
Merged items can come from different
SharePoint lists. |

This powerful add-on is best used with
BPA Applications like BPA CRM or QUALITY to
generate quotes or issue reports. Mail
merged documents will be automatically added
in the attachments of the related
opportunities or issues.
BPA Mail Merge is also an excellent tool
to generate printable reports.
