BPA RISK is a SharePoint solution to identify, assess, and prioritize risks and their related controls, actions, procedures and activities to minimize, monitor, and control the probability and/or impact of unfortunate events.

This application is adapted to the main Standards like ISO or PMI.

Risks will be assessed for the defined period based on your own customizable probability/impact matrix. Alerts will be automatically sent to the concerned people when risks are not evaluated for a specific period.

Risks are linked to means of control like assets or procedures. For example, sprinklers are designed to put out a fire to reduce the risk of loss by fire.

Risk scorecards display all risk values for the different periods. Colors instantly tell you about risk criticism. Drilling-down you can quickly view about related actions to avoid or reduce risk values.
