A big effort was done to improve the user
experience and BPA CRM performance.
Time consuming tasks are processed in
background. End users can still continue to
work normally after executing a complex
query or launching a mass email. An
automatic alert is sent when the execution
job is over.
Sending emails trough BPA CRM was already
possible. It's now possible to select
additional persons in cc or bcc. End users
can choose to get an automatic copy of the
sent emails.
A new component allows users to rapidly
view items without opening them. This viewer
allows sales people to have a quicker look
of the activities linked to a customer.
A release note will be available with the
new version on December 15, 2009.
