BPA CRM covers typical operational CRM features like sales, marketing and customer service management.

Because it’s built on the top of SharePoint BPA CRM is an integrated CRM solution providing a native integration with Microsoft Office tools and SharePoint standard features like alerts, workflows and document management.  BPA CRM is delivered with an Outlook connector making it easy to move your Outlook emails in the CRM or synchronize your CRM lists in Outlook.
You can integrate external data within BPA CRM using the external data connector add-on. Further integration capabilities exist with Excel Services, Form Services or Office Communication Server.

When having targeted your contacts you can send them a personalized email selecting an email template. An activity will automatically be logged in the activities history of each concerned contact and/or the marketing campaign.

The next coming BPA CRM release will contain exciting new features like a mail merge add-on. This add-on generates a Word document merging fields with CRM list items. End users will be able to target contacts and send them a mail merged document.

Connecting BPA CRM with your web site is a new coming feature. Visitors of your web site will be able to fill out a contact form that automatically creates a new lead in your CRM application.  

BPA CRM has its own layer to display data. In the next coming version BPA CRM will include a new layer to edit data extending SharePoint editing capabilities.
