Workers on production and assembly lines have to take difficult decisions about product quality acceptance. They often refer to antiquated paper systems with low quality product images.
With BPA Incident and Failure Catalogue Power Apps, frontline workers take faster decisions without asking managers, boosting productivity.
The app can be used in clear or dark mode to search the failure catalogue or register incidents.
By providing tablets on production lines and cleanrooms, workers can search the failure catalogue, compare products with high resolution images, and take the right decisions about product acceptance from their working place.
The app runs on any device, like phones or tablets, interfacing with native device capabilities like geolocation and camera. Anyone can report an incident by taking photos, even offline, like supplier issues (incoming inspection), stakeholder visits, and internal issues.
The app interfaces with BPA software for integrated quality. An automated workflow ensures each step is done to prevent a similar incident to occur again. At the end of the 8D process, the incident is published in the failure catalogue including photos, remedies and client acceptance criteria.
Shift to Quality 4.0, boost efficiency of your production lines, and improve quality of your products by using our modern Power Apps for incident management and failure catalogue.
BPA Audit & Inspection App on Microsoft Power Apps.
The audit app is dedicated to auditors or inspectors working on the field, on production lines, or visiting stakeholders. It can be used with a mobile device anywhere, even when no internet connection is available. The app runs on a web browser or Microsoft Power Apps.
The app is designed to work together with BPA Quality on Office 365. The audit preparation, like selecting questions is done in the full-featured BPA software. Follow-up actions are also tracked in the back-office software, together with dashboard and Power BI reports. Prebuilt workflows – running on Power Automate – automate the whole audit process.
The audit app reads data and questions from the BPA software. While auditing in offline mode, data will be stored in the app and uploaded to the BPA software once a connection is available.
For each question, auditors can touch the screen to set compliance and take photos, record voice or upload documents as proof of evidence.
As a conclusion, the BPA Audit App brings auditors & inspectors the best experience while auditing, even when no connection is available. The back-office full-featured BPA software consolidates audit data together with other modules to continually improve compliance and performance.

BPA Power Extensions are powerful add-ins to extend capabilities of your existing BPA software on Office 365.
BPA Apps run on SharePoint with Office 365 and natively interface with technologies like Microsoft Teams for instant collaboration, Power Apps for mobile solutions, and Power Automate for process automation. With BPA Power Extensions, organizations will discover the almost unlimited capabilities of Office 365 by using our business applications. We have grouped extensions in 3 groups, by technology:
Instant Collaboration with Teams Apps
Microsoft Teams is used by millions of users for instant collaboration. Teams can be used as “interface” to BPA Apps for accessing or adding data. A new App had been released for searching and sharing business information in BPA Apps while discussing in Teams, without leaving the chat box (view video here: BPA List Search with Teams)
Workflow Templates on Power Automate (Flow)
Microsoft Power Automate, formerly named Flow, is becoming the most powerful process automation tool on the market, bringing a lot of cross-technology automation capabilities and connectors. We have developed prebuilt workflow templates to be plugged in your BPA Apps, like compliance document, nonconformity or audit workflow sets. Process automation brings information to the concerned users on the tools they are working with, productivity is improved and cost is reduced.
Mobile Solutions on Power Apps.
We are working on mobile solutions with Power Apps to give the best user experience and ergonomics for processes like inspection, audit or incident reporting. These mobile apps run on mobile phones and tablets, and can be used by workers on the field or production lines to register incidents or controlling items by taking photos, videos or recording voice.
Together with 2 technology partners, we have developed an integrated citizen service center solution, named ProximCity.
ProximCity is the next generation e-Government solution embedding configurable mobile solutions, a self-service portal for citizens and a back-office solution for public administrations.
Rich mobile apps are available to citizens for online administrative procedures, incident reporting with geolocation and much more.
The hosted secure self-service portal is accessible 24/7 from a computer or mobile device. The most popular services are offered, like civil status, citizenship, childhood, daily life, culture, transport, etc.
The back office solution tracks all relationships between a public administration and its citizens. Requests, activities, emails, documents are centralized providing a 360 degree view of the citizen.

In each list, you can define one-click actions (such as Click to Call or Click to Localize) and select the fields to be displayed or searched using the search engine. You can select views to filter data as well.
When you click the Localization icon, the map displays the current account’s address.
In each Item Detail Page, such as the company page, you can select the related data you want displayed, including contacts, opportunities, attachments or other information. Track any relation you want; for example, you can see tasks associated with a project or contracts related to a customer. Easily navigate from a parent to a child item with our intuitive interface. You also can add new child items or search in the child items from the Item Detail Page.
By clicking the configuration wheel, you can simply drag and drop the child lists you want to display. Track any relation with your mobile device!
With the iPad version, it’s even easier to navigate in the tool. In this example, an auditor can simply check compliance for audit questions during an inspection visit.
The parent data will be automatically prefilled when you add a new item in a list, making the process easy and straightforward. Customize further by defining the fields to be visible when editing or displaying an item. This will avoid the need to fill in every field when on you’re the road or offline. Offline content will be automatically synched when a connection is available
Take a photo or add any existing picture from your device into SharePoint and keep the context. For example, take a photo from a signed contract and link it with a contact or opportunity. Or take a product picture and link it with an audit or non-conformance, even while offline.
When a device has been configured, you can share the configuration with other devices and users. You can even prompt end users to import a configuration file.
Inviting mobile users, granting site permissions and managing configurations is easy from our secured central platform. You can be sure only selected users have access to specified sites.

Mobile capability for CRM software has rapidly evolved from a nice-to-have feature to a critical component of CRM software. Research firm Gartner reports that the CRM software market grew 12.5% in 2012, but they also predict that the market for mobile CRM will grow an astounding 500% by 2014. Here are three reasons why your CRM must be mobile-ready.
Your Employees Will Want It
A recent survey of executives by market research firm IDC, 31% of executives identified CRM as their “most-wanted” mobile app. The reasons are obvious. There is no shortage of studies to demonstrate that mobile capability of CRM programs boosts productivity. A recent Nucleus Research study reported a 14.6% productivity boost from mobile CRM. We expect our employees to do more, faster, every day. Giving them a platform to access their critical business tools anytime, anywhere, is the fastest path to that goal.
Your Customers Will Expect It
Mobile CRM brings you closer to your customers. According to a recent survey commissioned by marketing firm YP, nine of ten people report that they “almost always” have their mobile device with them. This year, mobile devices have become the top choice for accessing the Internet, surpassing PCs. No customer wants to hear that they can receive an answer to their question when you get back to the office. Customers and employees are increasingly living their lives on the go. There is an expectation that a vendor or service representative can access their data anytime, anywhere.
The Market Will Demand It
Instant access to accurate information is required to create and maintain a competitive advantage. Mobile CRM provides the ability to enter transactions and access data on the go, critical for building and maintaining accurate, up-to-date enterprise information and informing rapid decision-making. It is no longer adequate to wait hours or days for inventory to be updated, transactions to be recorded, and orders to be applied. In order to stay competitive in the current marketplace, business tools need to be at your fingertips, not on your desk.
