Alle Unternehmen haben den Bedarf an qualifizierten Mitarbeitern. Je kompetenter die Mitarbeiter sind, desto besser sind die potenziellen Gesch\u00e4ftsergebnisse. Eine Qualifikations- (oder Kompetenz-) Matrix ist in der Regel eine Tabelle, die die F\u00e4higkeiten der Mitarbeiter in Bezug auf bestimmte F\u00e4higkeiten und Kenntnisse anzeigt.<\/p>\n<p>Dieses No-Code-Szenario zeigt ein einfaches Konfigurationsbeispiel f\u00fcr den Aufbau eines effizienten Skill-Management-Systems mit BPA Quality. Die ben\u00f6tigten Daten f\u00fcr Jobs, F\u00e4higkeiten und Mitarbeiter k\u00f6nnen einfach aus bestehenden Tabellenkalkulationen importiert werden, die in der Regel von Organisationen verwendet werden.<\/p>\n<p>Die Qualifikationen m\u00fcssen f\u00fcr eine bestimmte Arbeitsfunktion festgelegt werden. Sie k\u00f6nnen nach den f\u00fcr die jeweilige Branche erforderlichen F\u00e4higkeiten gruppiert werden, z. B. Grundfertigkeiten, erforderliche F\u00e4higkeiten f\u00fcr ISO-Managementsysteme oder technische F\u00e4higkeiten. Das Qualifikationsniveau wird bestimmt, um eine bestimmte Arbeitsaufgabe zu erf\u00fcllen. Es handelt sich um das \"Soll\"-Niveau der Kompetenz, das f\u00fcr die effektive Ausf\u00fchrung einer Arbeitsfunktion erforderlich ist. In diesem Beispiel werden die ben\u00f6tigten Schulungselemente automatisch mithilfe eines einfachen, mit Power Automate erstellten Workflows erstellt. Die verantwortlichen Personen oder Mentoren, die die Schulungen planen sollen, werden automatisch benachrichtigt.<\/p>\n<p>Das Kompetenzmatrix-Dashboard ist ein leistungsstarker Business Intelligence-Bericht, der mit Power BI erstellt wurde. Die erste Matrix zeigt Qualifikationsl\u00fccken nach Mitarbeitern an. Erforderliche Schulungen sind rot hervorgehoben, Mitarbeiter, die ihre F\u00e4higkeiten \u00fcbertreffen, sind gr\u00fcn markiert. Die Summen summieren die L\u00fccken nach Mitarbeiter oder Qualifikation. Die zweite Matrix zeigt die F\u00e4higkeiten nach Stellen an. Zum Beispiel ben\u00f6tigt Boris eine Schulung in Einf\u00fchrungsprogrammen, ISO 9001 und SAP. Seine Arbeitsaufgabe ist die Qualit\u00e4t. Die Summe der tats\u00e4chlichen F\u00e4higkeiten betr\u00e4gt 1,25.
