Das Ziel des Projekts GECO (Mail Management) war es, eine Unternehmensl\u00f6sung anzubieten, die die folgenden vier Bereiche abdeckt:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Effizienz und Qualit\u00e4t: Konvertierung aller eingehenden Mitteilungen in ein elektronisches Format nach Bedarf, Registrierung aller eingehenden Mitteilungen und Zuweisung an die Kundenbetreuer, um eine angemessene und fristgerechte Antwort zu erhalten.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit: Registrieren Sie alle Aktionen und Aktivit\u00e4ten vom Empfang \u00fcber die Antwort bis zur Lieferung.<\/li>\n<li>Archivierung: Bewahren Sie alle eingehenden und ausgehenden Mitteilungen w\u00e4hrend der gesamten gesetzlichen Frist auf.<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberwachung und Berichterstattung: Bereitstellung von Indikatoren, Berichten und Scorecards f\u00fcr das Management.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Die Herausforderung: Das System sollte mit begrenzten Ressourcen und einem begrenzten Budget schnell in Betrieb genommen werden.<\/p>\n<h2>L\u00f6sung:<\/h2>\n<p>SharePoint 2010 war bereits im Einsatz und wurde von den Dienststellen haupts\u00e4chlich f\u00fcr die Zusammenarbeit und die Dokumentenverwaltung verwendet. Daher wurde SharePoint nat\u00fcrlich als CRM-Technologieplattform gew\u00e4hlt, um die Kapitalrendite der Plattform zu maximieren und die Gesamtbetriebskosten f\u00fcr die Implementierung neuer Gesch\u00e4ftsl\u00f6sungen zu minimieren. <\/p>\n<p>Der Kauf der BPA Solution Suite, einschlie\u00dflich SharePoint CRM, erm\u00f6glichte es der Stadt, verschiedene Gesch\u00e4ftsl\u00f6sungen bereitzustellen, die sofort und ohne jegliche Entwicklung oder Kodierung genutzt werden konnten. Dazu geh\u00f6rte auch die Mail-Management-L\u00f6sung. Mit dieser L\u00f6sung k\u00f6nnen die Benutzer nun schnell druckbare Dokumente und E-Mails mit vielen verschiedenen vordefinierten Vorlagen erstellen. Die L\u00f6sung bietet den Benutzern auch die M\u00f6glichkeit, Filter anzuwenden und schnell nach Informationen zu suchen; die Benutzer haben die M\u00f6glichkeit, alle Aktionen und Aktivit\u00e4ten in der gesamten Kette, vom Empfang bis zur Zustellung, einzusehen. In etwa sieben Monaten wurden mehr als 25.000 ein- und ausgehende Briefe, E-Mails und Faxe erfolgreich registriert und verwaltet.<\/p>\n<div class=\"quote\">\n<blockquote cite= \"IT Manager\"><p>Die L\u00f6sung ist einfach zu bedienen und f\u00fchrt alle wichtigen Schritte des Postverwaltungsdienstes schneller und effizienter durch.
