Self-Service Rollout Methodology
We successfully developed and experienced a methodology to implement our apps with our customers. The “self-service rollout” approach makes our customers independent in deploying apps with BPA’s guidance and knowledge transfer. As a result, we get fast and effective outcome with limited external implementation effort by BPA.
BPA’s logic works the way we work. Having used the software for few weeks, it became clear to us what we wanted to achieve with it. After 3 days of inhouse and online sessions, we were autonomous to extend the solution by adding custom-made modules for employee evaluation and Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA).
