We successfully developed and experienced an agile methodology to implement our eQMS software solutions with our customers. The “self-service rollout” approach makes our customers independent in deploying the software with BPA’s guidance and knowledge transfer. As a result, we get fast and effective outcome with limited external implementation effort by BPA.

Together with Microsoft we investigate new technology areas in the context of quality management, including instant collaboration, process automation, mobility, artificial intelligence (AI) and business intelligence.
