Lausanne, one of the largest cities in Switzerland, needed a business solution that would improve their email response rate, track all incoming communications (including postal mail, email, and faxes), and run on their existing SharePoint platform investment. They turned to BPA CRM to implement their new mail management service. The results: a powerful, easy-to-use system that helped city workers log and respond to more than 25,000 incoming messages in a seven month period, with a rate of 96% of responses delivered on time. Insider News from Microsoft’s Worldwide Partner Conference 2014

BPA attended the Worldwide Partner Conference 2014 in Washington DC this past week. Microsoft emphasized their Cloud First Mobile First strategy and the need for partners to deliver hybrid mobile-enabled solutions to their clients. As part of the exclusive Business Critical SharePoint Solutions group, BPA had access to a special pre-conference seminar with Microsoft. Microsoft committed to the next full release of SharePoint in 18 months, with further details on the release to be provided 12 months prior to the release date. BPA is well-positioned to support not only cloud offerings, but also our On-Premise Solutions for SharePoint 2013 and beyond.
