When new BPA client Web Parts are added (2-3 times per year), the BPA App Package must be upgraded in the App Catalogue before your environment can use the new Cumulative Update (CUxx).
Monthly CU are handled by BPA and require no action on the client side.
Don’t hesitate to contact your project manager and schedule an online installation meeting.
We highly recommend an assisted installation if you are new to Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
