BPA strives to make this web site content and related documents up to date. Users are requested to verify the accuracy of information. BPA will not be liable for any cost, loss or damage suffered by you in using the BPA websites.
The personal information you provide will only be used by BPA within the strict limits of our business relations (i.e. invoicing, training, information and support). BPA will not share, distribute or sell your data to third parties. We currently obtain your personal information through:

- The partner request forms

- Register to our support & partner portals
We currently collect full name, position, company name, phone number, email address, company address and the BPA products you are interested in.
We do not collect any Sensitive Data about you. Sensitive data refers to data that includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data.
In registering to our support & partner portals we collect all information you will post on these portals like support requests and answers. This information is maintained confidential between you and BPA and is not shared with other users.
BPA will use the collected information for the following matters:
- Send you the requested information like giving an access to our trial sites, sending our newsletters or providing a quote
- Deliver the ordered products and license keys
- Identify you when connecting to our support & partner portals
- Contact you directly or via one of our BPA partners
BPA doesn’t use any cookie and won’t track any personal information when browsing our websites.
