New features have been added to forms recently, like improved form configurator design.
By opening a form in the BPA app, power users can quickly edit the form configuration by clicking a button.
The form configurator opens. Icons and colors have been added to highlight form tabs, sections and row containers. Specific icons differentiate the type of columns, like people picker, choice, lookup or date type of columns.
The form can be previewed and tested prior saving. When testing the save option, required columns can be checked. Note that you can have different new and edit forms and preview both of them.
It’s now easier for power users to change forms with better visibility on sections, tabs and row containers.
