The BPA modern (SPFx) App licensing system tracks two types of licenses (2 types of users) :
- Full User : can create, edit, delete and configure (Group Members/Owners)
- Reader : can read only (Group Visitors)
BPA License Management system can be found in BPA Settings (BPA Components/License Details). Connect to your BPA Modern Apps as an Owner or a Site Collection Admin. The License Details shows the app license summary with upcoming renewal date and currently activated users.
Details of registered sites and named user information is protected by password. Make sure you are an authorized contact with BPA if you need to resend password.
If you are missing a valid license in License Details, please contact your Account Manager or submit a License Request on BPA Community. Your BPA App will continue working with limited features.
