On September 25 2023, SMACA & BPA Solutions enter into a technological partnership agreement based on many common motivations. The two companies loudly and clearly demonstrate the ambition to offer modern, flexible and innovative educational and IT solutions to their current and future customers.
SMACA SA is a Swiss training center based on an innovative pedagogy emphasizing learning through practice within real assembly workspaces. Each learner develops their skills in the field of measurement and statistical exploitation by working on their own collected data.
Always in the quest to give practical responses to professional problems, SMACA has created 2 “training-enterprises” – SMACA DIAL and SMACA SOLAR – to educate trainees very close to the reality of their profession and develop Industry/Quality 4.0 skills.
Objectives of these practical training are:
- to understand the keys to an efficient quality management system
- to implement efficient risk management
- to conduct internal audits in compliance with ISO standards
BPA Solutions SA is a leading editor for Quality Management software solutions on Microsoft 365 technologies. BPA provides engaging software solutions for every employee to improve the quality of the delivered products and services across different devices and platforms.
The objective of our partnership is to provide learners with innovative technologies to shift to smart quality and the future of work. This is a fantastic opportunity for BPA to further develop our quality software solutions in the context of a real “training-enterprise” and move towards IOT and industry 4.0.
While assembling parts, trainees can easily access important procedures and work instructions by using a smart phone and scanning a barcode. Wrong parts are intentionally added and learners can report nonconformities with their phones and taking photos. By scanning a barcode, trainees can verify measurement equipment with their mobile device.
