eSignature Component on Office 365
For regulated industries, BPA eSignature makes sure only authorized users sign documents or records, simplifying compliance to ISO 13485, MDR and FDA regulations. For any industry, the tool brings additional security when creating and modifying data in BPA Apps/SharePoint with no need to set complex item-level permissions, simply by limiting signers to a specific group of users.
Users will be prompted to enter their Office 365 password when signing together with a code they receive on their mobile device, in accordance with Microsoft Multi Factor Authentication policies (MFA). The eSignature component can be used with Power Automate workflows and prompts users to sign when required. BPA has developed prebuilt workflow sets including eSignature for compliance document approval and technical file publishing.
When signers approve or reject a document, the signature protects the document content and selected properties. In case the document content is changed, the signature gets invalidated and selected persons are alerted. Signatures can also be used on document folders.
