• Q-Assist: AI productivity and guidance. Q-Assist provides a secure AI assistant for your BPA-powered QMS. Instead of navigating multiple documents or systems, users can ask questions in natural language through the BPA application or Microsoft Teams. Semantic search retrieves contextual answers directly from approved QMS content, with full traceability to the underlying information. Users can also leverage summaries, similarity searches, requirement explanations, governed prompt libraries and AI-assisted drafting. But assistance is only the beginning.
• Q-Automate: AI that helps execute the work.  Q-Automate brings AI directly into quality workflows through Microsoft Power Automate. It is designed to reduce repetitive manual activities while keeping users in control. Two key use cases include AI-driven document training and automated audit evidence generation. For training, it automates the process from questionnaire generation to training evidence recording. For audits, it generates a structured report answering audit questions with supporting evidence.

From compliance management to continuous audit readiness

The most advanced level of the Q-Pilot Suite is Q-Assure, which extends AI and automation into continuous compliance monitoring. Rather than waiting for an audit to identify weaknesses, Q-Assure continuously consolidates quality information across the eQMS to help organizations detect potential gaps earlier. It monitors indicators across areas such as CAPA, audits and risks, while providing traceable outputs and consistent information to support governance and regulatory alignment.

Its Automated Audit Readiness Report provides an assessment of overall QMS suitability, adequacy, effectiveness and audit readiness. In this way quality professionals can focus on what really matters: quickly addressing gaps and driving improvement by working more efficiently and making better-informed decisions

Secure AI for controlled quality information

The suite operates entirely within your Microsoft 365 tenant and works exclusively with the organization’s controlled quality information. AI indexes can be configured to control which information is accessible, while outputs remain traceable to their source. The solution is designed to support users rather than replace them. Responsibility and decisions remain with the appropriate human users, an essential principle when AI is applied to regulated quality processes.

BPA is also taking the next step in responsible AI. The Q-Pilot AI Suite is on its way to ISO/IEC 42001 certification and is being developed with alignment to the European AI Act, reinforcing its focus on responsible AI governance for quality and compliance environments. BPA has also highlighted human approvals within AI-enabled workflows as part of supporting AI governance requirements.
