All data is automatically synced back in the audit management software module.

Thanks to Microsoft 365, external auditors can easily access the eQMS software with no need of any license and no extra cost. A secure guest access can be given to any external stakeholder, to access specific eQMS modules and compliance documents, simplifying the audit process. Suppliers can be invited in cross-organizational Teams channels for easy supplier audit planning and productive discussions. Follow-up audit actions are automatically assigned to suppliers and collected in the eQMS software. Formatted audit reports are automatically generated and shared with suppliers, with no need of cumbersome manual work.
